The SMACS Crawfish Boil of 2018

MSU Chemistry's very own SMACS (Student Members of the American Chemical Society) had a phenomenal year and ended it with yet another crawfish boil.  SMACS performs this event every year to show appreciation for the enormous amount of support the Chemistry Department shows its undergraduate chemistry majors.  Support comes from all levels including faculty, staff, graduate students and the administration.  This year we celebrated with 100 lbs. of crawfish, 30 lbs. of shrimp, corn, and potatoes as well as the sides and deserts provided by our very own ChemDawg Cafe, a 5-star attraction and one of Starkville's top rated fine dining experiences.  See you next year!
